How to Add 3D Lectures in a Module

Adding a 3D lecture to a Page in a module

Teachers can add a 3D lecture to a Page in a learning module on the Cohota LMS by following these steps:

Create a learning module if the course does not have one yet.

Click the plus button in the module to open the window for adding an item to the module. Select Page, choose "[New page]", enter the page name and click "Add item".

Click the Page you just created and edit its content.

In the content text editor, click the NoraClass logo with the words "Add NoraClass 3D lecture".

In the window that opens, select the 3D lecture you want to add to the Page.

The NoraClass 3D lecture window has a navigation bar with three options: "Collections", "Lectures" and "My lectures".

• Selecting "Collections" shows the list of all collections containing sample 3D lectures prepared by the NoraClass team.
• When you click a collection you want, you can see the full list of 3D lectures it contains.

• Selecting "Lectures" shows the list of all sample 3D lectures prepared by the NoraClass team.

• Selecting "My lectures" shows the list of 3D lectures that teachers have created themselves or copied from customised sample lectures.

Enter keywords in the search bar to find a 3D lecture by name (for example: "Experiment", "Friction", "Cell", etc.).

When you select a 3D lecture from the list, the panel on the right shows its full details: lecture name, subject, class, description, author, related collection, creation date, edit date and its identifier under Regulation 791/QĐ-SGDĐT.

To add the 3D lecture into the text editor, click the "Add 3D lecture" button. You can also click the "Preview lecture" button to experience the lecture content before adding it.

Click the "Save" button to save the content of the Page containing the 3D lecture you just added.

You can click "Save and publish" to save the content you have just created and let students access and work on it.

For students to access and view the Page containing the 3D lecture, you need to publish both the Page and the learning module that contains it in the course.

Adding a 3D lecture directly in a module using an external tool

Teachers can add a 3D lecture from an external tool to a learning module on the Cohota LMS by following these steps:

Create a learning module if the course does not have one yet.

Click the plus button in the module to open the window for adding an item to the module. Select External tool and click "NoraClass – lecture integration tool from NoraClass".

In the window that opens, select the 3D lecture you want to add to the learning module, in the same way as step 1.5 in section 1.

Click the "Add item" button to add the selected 3D lecture to the learning module.

For students to access and view the "External tool" containing the 3D lecture, you need to publish both the "External tool" and the learning module containing it in the course.
